I'd love to see this too. My accountant wants me to classify income for each payout based on property. I want to create a automatic rule to do this, but because there seems to be no way to disambiguate the payouts, I have to manually review each one. The other (worse) solution to the issue is to have separate bank accounts for each property, which seems like a sledgehammer solution.
