Insurance in Holywood

There is someone hosting in Hollywood (FL)? How about requirement, for example insurance? Asking in some companies the cost is double because of Airbnb rentals. And it´s impossible to borne it?

Hi, Im having insurance problems, too, since our county just started requiring we get a short term rental business license and they need proof of homeowners insurance approval.  Ive had my really good  homeowners insurance forever and they cant/wont put a rider on it approving str.....so Im between a rock and a hard place.

     Calling around, I cant even find an insurance co. that will insure, since I live in my house and want to Airbnb out the upstairs for 1-3 days on Airbnb..

I don´t know if Aircover from Airbnb is enough and if it´s possible to get some proof of insurance´s licence from Aircover in order to show to the inspector / authorities.

If not, you can also look into Local Host Clubs in specific areas. I hope there may be a group of Hosts, who will be able to help with you some advice.
