Lost earnings from cancelled reservations

Hello,

I am trying to put together a report of lost earnings due to cancellations because of COVID-19.  Unfortunately, my dashboard no longer shows me pricing information related to those cancelled reservations.  How can I get this information?

I don't believe you can, you would have to had to download your bookings into a spreadsheet to have this information, if you didn't do that before the cancellations started happening you won't have the information.

@Troy160   If you saved your original email confirmations, they still display the pricing info.

yup, that way we cant say exactly how much we lost... i just was about to calculate it... unreal
