Missing payment

I have contacted Airbnb support for the last 2 months with no help.  Numerous messages later I am considering closing my account (poor guests who are already booked in for this Christmas and NY) due to this Upcoming payment not being settled.

 

Customer service can't verify the bank account details I have supplied as it's private - even if I offer to read it out to them they can't.  My bank is saying no payment was received by Airbnb. It is still under Upcoming payments even though some CS say they have refunded/paid me.

 

I have checked my KYC details and they are correct.

 

Every second day when I phone, the CS will raise a message but it will be closed in the morning.  Messages say the issue is being resolved but no money has been received.

 

Who should I contact now? Does anyone else have this issue?
