New Host Promo Airbnb Friendly Apartments

Did anyone else here receive a mailer stating that, if you start up as a new host in the Airbnb Friendly Apartment program, you would get a $700 bonus? Has anyone run into issues claiming that reward?

I've tried to get this but I'm getting mixed messages from Airbnb customer service itself.

This is in the Denver metro if it matters.

@Joe3681 I have not gotten that specific mailer but Airbnb is notorious about not paying those bonuses out. There are a few threads about that here if you want to search. You have to carefully read the small print and make sure you follow every last rule and there are many
