New host 20% discount not applied

My first two guests successfully booked and accepted 20% discount (as suggested and set up on Airbnb for first 3 bookings) but for the third booking this has not been applied. Has anyone experienced a similar glitch? Any ideas why this might happen? The booking is in my calendar, but the guest states that she has only paid half of the fee as 'she wanted to see if the 20% discount would be applied'.
