Don't accept locals unless they have a good reason for the booking (remodeling their house, etc.).
Turn the government ID and profile pic requirement. This will weed out most of the bad guests.
Have lots of extra sheets, blankets, towels, washcloths, and pillows for guests on hand. That way you won't be stressed to finish the laundry in time (if you do your own cleaning).
Buy makeup remover wipes for guest use. Stock the bathroom with essentials like tampons, maxi pads, Q-tips, cotton balls, toothbrushes, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, razors. It doesn't have to be expensive; just buy the cheap stuff and have it on hand. It's a really thoughtful touch for the guest.
