No Payouts?

My Account was Verified One Day and then Unverified the Next.

 

It's been three weeks of not receiving any payouts and every time I call Airbnb I get the same "apologies, please wait 3-5 days for our specialist team to look into it".

 

Nobody will help me!

 

They keep sending me a link to update my details, but it says I've already completed everything. It's a loop that never ends!! Customer service is completely useless!!!

I just took a look at your profile and it's telling me you are Verified, 

As for payouts I dont know what to say I have seen people posting about it some large amounts,

I have been on airbnb many years and never had a problem always arrived on time until last week we got it eventually but it was a week later.

We had a guest cancel yesterday due to arrive today my policy is set to strict, so Im waiting to see what happens regarding payout, upto now I have not heard from airbnb about the cancellation, I suppose they dont care they got their money.

This is very concerning. Even my guests have contacted airbnb and said we paid you in full under the understanding the host would be paid and why  haven't they. Same old answer.  Tell them to contact us directly and we will sort ....but No still nothing. One if my quests is a regular user of Airbnb and is now rethinking booking again with them if they are withholding payouts 

 

Hi there! Just want to know if your case has been resolved? Im in the same nightmare right now. If so, how many days did it take to resolve the problem? What caused the issue? Did you experience this multiple time?

I am also facing the same predicament I hosted my first guest at the beginning of the month and I still have not been paid. My account is verified and payment methods are loaded. Actually my report says payment has been processed. I check with my bank daily and they advise they have not received payment for me. It’s actually a nightmare! What does one do?
