No payout since November 2022

Since mid-November no payout!

I hosted about 10 guests since November and i have not been paid for that. I asked my staff that is working like hell to give a good service to Airbnb guests to work for nothing since Christmas.

Still no answer from Airbnb despite several messages saying that they will investigate and revert but nothing yet!!

What should i do?

Cancel all the upcoming booking?

Throw my current guest out?

Stop working with Airbnb?

Am desperate!!!

Hi Marc,

yes! the issue was finally solved but it was a huge stress.

Writing on the community center forum was the trigger, i think.

Good luck,

Emmanuel

Hello @Emmanuel10

I understand how frustrating and stressful it can be to not receive payments for such a prolonged period. I have raised it for you to the concerned team and hope they connect with you soon.

Hello Emmanuel,

We are facing the same issue as you with no luck yet.

Did your issue get resolved in the end?

Thank you

Marc

Emmanuel,

I have the same exact issue and no one is helping me.

Please help.  Someone was able to bypass your 2, 3, &4 step verification methods and change my payout methods.  They have received my payouts to the tune of over $68,000.00.

I have wasted days calling your support lines where I talk to your level 1 people for 20-30 minutes only to get passed up one level and then another level.  I was told today that my case has not been forwarded to anyone at a higher level.  No one has contacted me about resolving my situation.

I came across you name and see that you are a Level 10 person, so you may be the right person to help me.

My Name is Thom **

Hi Thom,

In fact am only a level 2. Try a Community Manager!

What you told us about someone bypassing verification methods and manage to change payout methods is very worrying.

Insist with AirBnB write on the forum someone will surely answer as their reputation is at stake.

Am sorry that's all i can do for you.

Good luck

E
