Non-Immigrant with AirBnB in the USA

I own an LLC in the US but I'm an Australian citizen. I bought and set up my first AirBnB recently and I'm looking forward to welcoming my first guests. However, I ran into a strange situation recently where I was told, under a B1/B2 visa, it was illegal for me to take on any work under my LLC - including cleaning my own AirBnB or setting it up there. Does anyone know anything about this? Are there any other non-immigrants with property in the US?

I think you need to seek some professional advise, Im just reading that is only a temporary tourist visa, I did find this site
