Non refundable discount

Can someone please point me to where I can remove the 10% non refundable option on my listings? Can't seem to find it anywhere.

I am so sick and tired of guests booking without reading house rules etc where it's not going to be a good fit.  They always book non refundable and then I have to spend hours going back and forth with Airbnb to get their cancelation approved.

This is an option in the section where you can set your cancellation policies:

M<enu "policies and rules", section "cancellation policies", choose "edit"

Do not select the "non refundable" options.
