Not being paid out

We’ve been happily using AirBnB for almost a year. There were no problems until they stopped payouts a month ago.

 

Nothing has changed on our end - same bank account, details etc. There was an email asking for my partner to verify his account which he did before the due date and the first person I spoke to confirmed this. He said payouts were disabled and they would be reenabled within 24 hours. That was over a week ago. 

 

I can’t get any helpful response or follow up from the support team and we are now owed more than $6000. I just get platitudes and promises to escalate. 

Does anyone have any suggestions as it is a big problem for us.

Hi @Jenny1549 , I'm so sorry to hear the payouts haven't been reenabled yet!

 

I'll forward this to the team right away so they can look into why the payouts haven't continued yet. They'll be in touch with us and if I receive an update in the meantime, I'll let you know.
