Not received Payment for 10 days (been a host for 6 years)

I have been a host for 6 years (superhost for the most). I am currently hosting a guest for 30 days and have not received the funds. It’s been over 10 days. This is not really acceptable and no one from Airbnb will give me a reason why I haven’t received any funds

URGENT FOLLOW-UP REQUESTED. I have sent three tickets regarding this same issues, with a lot of calls but nothing is changed. this payout , though released by airbnb, IS NOT RECEIVED in my bank account. Pls check case #5721 , #6923, #6527 (associated with my host account **). All of these tickest are opened for the same problem but no one has answered. #DONT STEAL OUR MONEY AIRBNB
