Payment release but not received

Reservation HM25MKQMNQ my first guest, until today didn't credited to my bank account but in Airbnb apps shown completed payment lately on May14. For your information, I received payment for my 2nd n 3rd guest. Please help! thanks

@Thien20  You have posted this on the community discussion forum. Just hosts and guests asking questions and discussing issues. This isn't Airbnb customer service. You need to contact them directly for problems with your payments.
