Greetings. We have noticed that there has been a short fall in revenue from 2 clients.

1. **-March 27-29,2023 (2 nights)

Internal reference #- 2023/03/29:00139

Total payout- US$116.40

Total received at bank- US$81.40

2. **-March 29-31,2023 (2 nights)

Total payout- US$116.40

Total received at bank- US$81.40

This shows a short pay of US$35.00 in each instance.(**)

@Joan2918 this is a community centre not customer support. It may be that someone here comes up with a theory as to why is happening but that is the best you will get. Also your post may be edited to remove personal information per the rules of the centre.
