Payout delayed

Hi, 

One of our payouts is delayed than others. In the app, it says that it was paid on 29th December 2023 and should arrive in my account by 5th of January.  However, the one that was paid on the 3rd of January 2024 already arrived in my account today. I had a chance to ask about this with Airbnb customer service, and they said I have to ask my bank about it; however, they said they couldn’t find any reference number related to the Dec 29 payout. Is there any advice I need to know about this kind of delay? It is kind of frustrating as only one payout is delayed.

Received the delayed payout today after so many follow-up calls.

Hey Maria, I'm literally experiencing the same thing. It says the payment has been sent on the 29th of December and that I was supposed to receive it on the 5th of Jan, but nothing till now. It's the 8th here and I'm supposed to be receiving another payout but still nothing, so that's 2 late payouts. This has NEVER happened before and we urgently need the money. I've contacted the Superhost support but the guy passed me on to another person and they've been silent since.

 

And one more thing, I've seen a few Australian hosts complaining about the same thing today. I'm in Indonesia, so it makes me wonder if the issue has something to do with our region..

I just received the delayed payout today. I’ve contacted Superhost support countless times, almost every day, for some updates, even though they are very limited with the information they gave us. Yesterday, there was. I called them again, and they told me that it was escalated to their specialised team, and after that no update until I received the payment this morning. I don't know what happened with their systemand why it was so delayed.

Hi there,
same situation here in Hungary. The payment after a guest who checked-in on 1st of January hadn't been arrived yet. But interestingly, the payment after a later guest is arrived today... So only one, earlier payment had been stucked. According to the transaction history, it was sent on 2nd of January and should have been received latest until 5th of January. Customer support ignored my message. I'm clueless what should I do.

I just received the delayed payout today. I kept calling them until I found someone who understood our situation, asking for an update from their specialised team as my case was escalated to that team. You should call them too. They will tell you that you should call your bank, but you should say to them that the bank cannot check if they don’t provide any reference number to check with.

I am in SOUTH AFRICA and experiencing the same issue. Not one of my January 2024 booking payments have been received. When I went to check on my payout settings, my bank details had been replicated (two profiles) and the default one said something along the lines of 'cannot process, enter a minimum payout amount'. I figured this was the obvious issue so deleted those details and re-added the same bank account. That took another 5 days to read READY. I have since received 3 emails of payout confirmation once again and not one of these 3 payouts have been received in my bank account. I have checked with my bank and there is no hold on their side. All you get from the Airbnb support team is the same answer about 'please refer to the payout ID, the booking has been paid out'!!! I am tired of the same answer and want a physical proof of payment of my monies which they cannot provide. I'm sure this is an automated new year issue as everything was working perfectly fine in December 2023.

I noticed that you mentioned your Airbnb is located in South Africa. In order to receive funds locally, Hosts will need to sign a reporting form for the South African Reserve Bank (SARB). The form must be completed once a year when the Host receives a payout (ex: for their first payout of the year for existing hosts). Hosts will receive an email from Exchange4Free with the reporting form.

Estoy igual en México  en lo que va del año, somo varios.  Como lo resolviste o que hiciste yo voy a empezar a tuitear, por likedin etc, hacer ruido no queda otra, son 3 meses los acumulados ya no puedo esperar mas

same issue  in Australia, we haven't got three payout . its about $10000. called superhost support team everyday and get same answer "cannot do anything and escalted to payment team (specialise team)". no one back to me. I am still waiting for my payout. 

 

 

 

 

Any repones yet, I am having the exact same issue, escalated no response.
