Hello there community!
I host for a first time and by an accident the payment for the house im currently renting had been paid to my old Paypal account. I don't have an access to it as there are only two options by Paypal of identification:
1. Text to a mobile phone number
2. Details of the card that was linked
Since I've made my first Paypal account back in 2007-2009 i cannot use any of these options.
According to Paypal, i need to confirm the payout within 30 days frame or they will transfer the money back to Airbnb. Which is an option but a very slow option.
Entire yesterday I've spent trying to speak to 5 different Paypal workers, sent multiple emails to Paypal, my old bank, also i was trying to restart my old number so i could reach my account.
Maybe any of you knows what to do? Maybe Airbnb could ask Paypal to transfer to my primary Paypal account as both are linked to my Airbnb account? Any other options that you could suggest!
