Please provide a new photo

Uploaded driver licence
4th time I've taken a photo. I'm using my webcam and am well lit.
What do I do? Does a human review the photo? Can I talk to that human and find out what's wrong?

They replied properly... apparently my driver licence photo is too small. As in I need to put the camera closer I think? It's a fancy camera and I can't really take a closer photo without cropping the licence lol

Hi @Kieran83 ! Seems like you have already found a solution. Have you managed to update your photo since you posted?

Have you also tried to reach out to the Airbnb Customer Support service to get some help, in case you are still facing any issues with this?
