Problem with interface between Airbnb and Seattle short term license number

I have been trying for more than a week to get my Airbnb listing active for less than 30 days.  I had a Superhost designation last year but did not rent my unit out so far this year due to Covid-19.  Now that I tried  to relist my unit I am unable to do so for less than 30 days.  I have confirmed with the City that my STR is valid. They sent me an email of my license which I forwarded to Airbnb.  I have had several online chats with the help desk and recently made a phone call.  But, so far no one has been able to solve this problem.  I assume that it is a technical glitch.  Has anyone else had problems recently like this one?  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks.  Lorrie Alves
