Problems with proof of income no help from Airbnb

I have downloaded my proof of income many times this year and it’s failing to show the last ten months income. In past it showed up until the last completed month but now it is showing nothing from dec 2021 until now. This is going to cause me to lose the loan I’ve been working on for two months. I can’t get any help from Airbnb. Underwriting will not accept the cvv.

I presume you are taxed on the income? If so, perhaps your tax returns might be sufficient?
