Quarterly taxes

Hi fellow host in Cincinnati Ohio. I am having trouble doing my quarterly taxes for the city. It looks like Airbnb has changed their format and I’m having trouble finding my quarterly tax. Can someone point me in the right direction to download my quarterly tax and do an attachment to send my tax in? Thank you in advance.

Since you posted sometime ago, I wished to check in and see if you still needed help with downloading relevant attachments for taxes?
