Regarding AirBnB's new policy with the city of Los Angeles

I just got the email about the new compliance rules, but I don't understand this part:

"For listings that exclusively list on Airbnb, a listing will not need to share its home-sharing records with the City in order to renew its home-sharing permit."

How can I prove to AirBnB that I exclusively host with them so that I can prevent my information from being shared?

@Graeme19 A total guess but I suspect Airbnb have agreed to share the details with the city so that, if you list exclusively with Airbnb then the city doesn't need you to send them the info. Of course this means the city will get your data wether you like it or not

Thanks Mike and Jane!  Does anyone have information about when the information is going to be shared?  I'm looking through everything I got from AirBnB and can't find that info.

i called them about that and waiting to get an answer.  So if i passed the 120 my listing is blocked ...when should i apply for the whole year? Does anyone went through this?
