Rent abroad

Hi, i am from Czechia and as i own flat in Spain which i would like to rent, do i get paid in Euros or in Krown? And should i tax it in Spain or Czechia? Or can i choose?

1. You will get paid in Euro

 

2. You will need to check STR regulations in the part of Spain your property is based in to see if there are any restrictions

 

3. You need to get an accountant in your country who is familiar with tax laws in Spain. It's probably the case that there will be dual taxation but your accountant will be able to advise.
