Review Emails

Hi @Scott , not sure if this has been brought up before but we would really really love for the email we receive with a review, to mention the property they stayed at so we know which manager it is intended for. With 125 properties it is impossible to remember just by first names where the guest stayed. Adding the entire review with stars and everything would be immensely helpful to us but if it at the very least has the property name, that would be a big help. 

 

We have assigned managers for specific properties who are on the ground on a daily basis and receiving the email with as much details right then and there would help save time and allow for a quicker response not only to the review but to take action at the property if need be. 

 

Also, when we receive the review, there is a button to "Write a Response" but when you click on it, it doesn't take you to that review/reservation, it takes you to your reviews for all properties where we'd then have to search for the review and then click on "Leave a public response" for us to figure out where the guest stayed. 

 

We hope this is something that can be worked on as part of the next update/upgrade.

Hi @West-Indies0 thanks for bringing up the need to make review notifications more informative.  We do provide listing name and trip dates for one type of review reminder, but don't for the initial review notification or other types of reminders. We'll look in to improving these in the future.

 

We'll also look in to addressing the "write a response" link.
