Hi I am considering purchasing a house in the $300-$400K range in these two areas for AirBnb purposes; I am wondering what the success for hosts in this area has been? About how much annual revenue are you seeing? How much annual operating expenses? What is your occupancy rate?

I have seen members suggest referring to AirDNA to get such a kind of market analysis. Did you have a chance to do some internet searches in this regard?
