Service fee

Hi, i am a host in South Africa. My last guests told me that he had to pay a R90 service fee on top of what we charge. I do not have a service fee and also cannot find any service fee on my page. No service fee has ever been paid out to me. Can any one help me with this issue please?

The service fee is what Airbnb charges the guest, @Antoinette59 . The guest pays a fee to use Airbnb, and the host pays a fee. 

You can see the amount of the guest service fee by going to your own page and starting the booking process. Input dates and guests and you will see what your guests pay.
