Hi. 

Can I send a special offer to the guest who already lives in my apartment? I want to send good offer for the next reservation. 

Is it possible and how?

If it is an extension, just use the change option in the current reservation and amend the price.

If it is a second booking, you need to wait unitl the current reservation has ended.

Or change the prices in the calender for the desired dates just before the guest books.

Or the guest can sent you an inquiry (not a booking request) about the dates, hopefully the special-offer-button will show up....
