Tax number

We are resident in the UK and host a villa in Cyprus. We are registered and pay tax in the UK . We are required to enter a Tax Identity number in order to receive payouts going forward. However we don't have one.  I have tried to enter my UK unique taxpayer reference but that does not work. Can any other UK residents help please?

@Karen3531 I would think the Cypriot authorities will want to tax income earn't on properties in Cyprus. UK will also want tax unless there is a dual tax treaty.

Haven't you registered for tax in Cyprus @Karen3531 ?

I would speak to your accountant about how you handle taxes for both countries.
