If Airbnb is not collecting this tax in your behalf, then you would have to add a custom tax to your listing under Policies and Rules/Taxes. You have to turn on Pro Tools to add this tax to the listing. It will be paid to you by Airbnb and then you would have to remit it yourself to the taxing authority. Be sure Airbnb is not collecting it though, otherwise you would be be collecting twice.
