Google translates:

Service fee Hello. What is the percentage service charge for guests? Regards Line

@Line6087

It is useally around 16 %, to be increased with VAT

For long term stays it is useally around 11,5% + VAT

You can read more here:

You can also simulate a booking on your listing to see exact amounts.

@Emiel1 the simulation no longer works for our listings. No idea why!!! Occasionally it works once and then stops.

I simulated a booking on 1 of your listings (west wing), it works fine !

BTW You can also use the price calculator for same purpose, Airbnb has hidden it in the calender when managing a listing, but it is still there !

@Emiel1 when in my calendar how do I make it show what a guest pays?

On the website:

- Start managing your calender

- Select a time period on the calender

On the right click in the nightly price field

The screen shown below will show up, showing the amounts for host and guest.

Click on "show details" to bring up the screen i posted earlier in this thread

BTW i use "professional tools", not sure this option is also part of it.

@Emiel1 Thank you so much - you are a star. It used to just show what the guest would pay and what we would get. Now, the new improved version needs me to guess that I have to click in the price box. How stupid of me not to realise!

@Mike-And-Jane0  Didn't you know that part of an Airbnb host's job is being an Airbnb techie's mind reader?

I'll see if I can find the link to that requirement 🙂
