Hi,
Thank you for your reply,We also don't want clients to get involved, but what airbnb does is stupid. They can do this anytime. We've been working with airbnb for 5 years. For the past 5 years we all get paid to very same bank account with several happy clients. We never had a sirious issue about clients or our houses. Now they don't pay us because of this kyc thing. We did it all and still not getting paid. But we all did the kyc and on the system it says we have done kyc. When we contact to support team, each of them comes out with kyc articles to read.Taking things to the court will not work in Turkiye, will take more than 2 years. Also airbnb doesn't have representation in Turkiye. This is also e dead end.Airbnb is doing the same thing to most of the owners.Keeping their money, imagine if they keep 1.000 USD of 5.000 owners for a month.Invest money on other things without any proper explenation. This is the case here.
We have clients staying in (which we didn't get paid yet and we have upcoming bookings)
If we try to cancell the future bookings, there is fine to pay,we dont know what else we can do.The only way out is clients should pay for their stay and ask for a refund to airbnb.
Best regards,
Bekir
