Zoning

We have a property, a farmette, that would be great for families touring the area.  We are in Lancaster, PA.  The municipality requires that to have a short term rental, that the owner live on site.  However, that would not be feasible in this property.  Has anyone encountered similar challenges and found a way around it?  Thanks in advance!

Did you manage to find a solution to this elsewhere?

 

If not, it might be worth looking for a local group, where they might have some more area-specific expertise!
