I have had guests ask me for the access code and where the lock box is kept for our property. All of this info is listed in the guest manual. At least that is what I see on my end. They claim they have read the guest manual but do not see this information... Latest reply by Gwen386

How do I query a payment taken from my account by AirBnB for 1- night cost. I am the host so not sure what is going on. I did change from one default account to a different account. But the sums don't add up. I am minus 1-night stay fee, don't get it! Latest reply by Gillian166

New emails coming from AiBnB regarding GST in Ontario Canada. We are not at $30,000 yet I keep getting messages that as of July 1st 2022 I need a GST number. Can anyone clarify this for me. Latest reply by Paul7222
