cancellation

I can't figure out how to accept a cancellation and give a renter most of thier money back.  I rebooked the dates so want to refund most of thier money.  I would prefer to email airbnb but thats all hidden somewhere.  So darn hard.

@Todd366 has the reservation already been canceled? If so, you can send them a refund via the resolution center. Best advice is to wait until you have been paid, though.

 

If not, you should be offered an option to refund in full with the cancellation notification, when the guest cancels.
