when will earning summaries or 1099s be posted

Yes, it is no longer there like in prior years. Now I noticed that when I go to the "TAXES" tab,  there is an "add tax information" link. When clicked on, I'm asked to provide certain info, like my social security info if I'm a sole proprietor. Once done, it says it will verify my info and then in 10 days send me the 1099.
