kauai tax collected by airbnb

Aloha - can anybody confirm the tax rate collected by Airbnb in Kauai? A CS rep told me 14%.  The amount I see on my Account statements doesn't represent the 14.962% currently required for collection.  I'm concerned Airbnb has been under collecting and I've been under paying.  CS Told me to ask my accountant.

KAUAI General Excise (GET) 4.712%

Transient Accommodation Tax - 10.25%

I also understand cleaning charges should be taxed at the GET rate
