payouts paused

Good day. I have a problem with payouts since december 2019 several payouts have paused. I had conversation with support team they told me that there is some technichal problems and thair thechnichal team are working hard to solve this problem. When i am asking when they will solve this problem and when i will get my money they have no answer. I really do not know what to do i have bank credit?  bank is not waiting evey month i should pay my credit and it is big problem for me espacialy now because of corona virus sales fall down in our country too much. I do not know what to do?:(
