Hi Everyone,

Hoping someone out there would be willing to share thoughts on property managing.  I have had my own airbnb for a year now and I'm also an interior designer.  I have noticed there are people managing other peoples listing for a small percentage of their bookings.  As a manager I would oversee the bookings, inquiries and cleanings etc:  as if it were my own listing.  If you do this could you share information as to how you got started and how and what you oversee along with any info on direct billing to the owner?  I only want to manage properties on the island I live on in Canada.
