A client who has made a pre-approval can't pay online

Hello,

 

    A client told me if he can pay me for  reserved days in cash because is not working to pay online. Is that possible?

 

     To clarify, you can read the correspondece i've got with him.

     I'm not happy that i lost a customer for this reason.

 

      I expect an answer as soon as possible on this issue.

@Alexandru7  You can always have a private contract with a guest, but you are not covered through Air BNB.  Just set it up like you would if you used Craig's List if you are going to do a cash transaction.  Block your Air BNB calendar.  There are several reasons why a guest's payment may not go through, usually related to the type of payment or to the status of the payment.  Still this is your business so you can other options, right?  Good luck!!

@Alexandru7 , no, don't ever do a cash transaction for a stay outside of the Airbnb system. Whatever reasons a guest might give you, chances are high you'll never see payment....
