Airbnb charged my card without my authorization

We requested check in early with host. Host said it was free and Airbnb charged our card without authorization. Airbnb reps are being very rude and unprofessional. What can we do to fix this?

They charged you extra for the early check-in, is that what you meant? If it is you can talk to the host since they told you it would be free. Did you receive a request for more money from the host? Because if the host sent you one and you ignored or refused it he could have contacted airbnb resolution and that is why they charged you. Talk to the host to see what happened.
