Arrival time

A guest is due to arrive this evening?  When she made the reservation a couple of weeks ago she said her arrival time would be between 7 - 9 p.m.  I have messaged her via Airbnb & sent text messages since but no replies.  It is now 9.50 p.m & she still hasnt arrived. I just rang the phone number given on her details & got a recorded message saying the number doesn't exist. What do I do?

The problem as yours happen from time to time.  It could be a time delay in transportation, or something unexpected happen to her. If it is possible for you, i think, you can wait and she may could call you or call her another time( it she has the same number).
