Blocking People

We have had a guest damage several things in our Airbnb and want to block them from reserving with us in the future. Is there a way to do this?

@Kayla91  Did you review the guest yet? If you give him a thumbs down and 3* or less average he can not book you again, nor will they be able to instant book anymore. You can go to the reservation and scroll down to About this User under the profile picture is a Report this User click on that Select Something Else and then block this user. It's been acting up lately they are playing with it, so it may or may not work for you. Keep trying though sometimes it just starts to work again. The flag is back, yesterday it was a square little box.
