Booking overruled

I tie my Friday & Saturday nights together, the rest of the time I take 1 night bookings. In September, I’ve just noticed that twice, people have booked the Thursday & Friday nights together ( & not the Saturday). I’m not sure how they did this? Any ideas? I now have someone trying to book, just the Saturday night, but they find they can’t. I’ve “approved” their request to book, but they still aren’t able- please help-I’m confused!

This is an old misunderstanding, which is posted many times here. Only the check-in date will be taken into account to check the minimum night stay. The Friday/Saturday setting does not act as a wall or as an "isolated" period.. So yes, somebody can book thursday + Friday ! To prevent this you need to play with  check-in / check-out days settings (like: check-out is not possible on a friday)
