My guest canceled their reservation before their check-in date. They requested money to get a full refund since they could only get 50% from my cancellation policy. They requested the other 50% after they got their 50% during the cancellation, but do I need to wait until I recieve my payout before I send them the rest of their money?

Hi @Louise112

if your policy says that the guest take back 50% you are not obliged to give them the other 50%. 

this was the deal that they sign at the moment of the booking, so you are good from your side. that's it.

but if you want to give them the other 50% wait till the money is actually in your bank account.
