I have had around 22 different people staying at my 4 people max apartment. All different people, with some(around 6) staying for 1 night. All carrying large backpacks. I have observed maybe 3 or 4 nights that there's been more than 4 people. Have warned them 3 times. I have video evidence for backup, however, I was reluctant to call Airbnb until they stated that they will be going away for 3 days and will have people staying to watch over their pet. The guest have been trying hard to play their game of having 4 people, even allowing one to sneak in 20m after their checking in. Advice recommended, thank you.
