Guests Amazon buyers

Hi,

I frequently have guest sending me messages on pre approve asking me if they can use my addres to buy products from amazon while their staying. What do hosts do in this case?

Don't allow it @Caio37 .  Tell them to use an Amazon  Locker to have items delivered.  We tell guests it is for their protection as items are sometimes stolen by porch pirates and this is the only way for them to be safe.  Also, if an item arrives late, Amazon can pick it back up from the Locker and forward it to them.

This is for your protection too, because if the guest is aquiring these things illegally and they are delivered to your door, you "potentially" could be in trouble with the law for receiving stolen merchandise.  It doesn't take much to have things delivered in Amazon boxes that are not, in fact, from Amazon at all.

That's a good idea and a good solution too. There's an Amazon locker close to my place. I don't know how it works but anyway I will tell then. Thank you!
