the apartment next to mine has Chinese guests that cant speak English they dont know how to turn on heater - or contact the host - how can i help them ??? is there an immediate chat or some assistance on the AIrbnb website to ask them to contact the host????

Their reservation details/email will have a contact email and tel number for their host.

Can I send a photo of the heater control to someone ? To help turn it on ?

Nice of you to try and help.

The guests will need to try and get hold of their host. They will have the hosts email and phone number on their booking confirmation. They can also message them through Airbnb messaging system which they used to make the booking.
