How to give a full refund for a stay in the future?

Hi - My neighbor has extended his renovation project a few weeks past his original estimate. I've messaged all the guests that have bookings with me in the next month to let them know about the possible noise, and offered to give them full refunds if they wanted to cancel (despite having a strict cancellation policy). 1 guest with a toddler has asked to cancel. I'll ask her to cancel on her end, but how do I make sure that she gets a full refund since my cancellation policy is "Strict?"

Hello @Regina170. The best would be to contact Airbnb - they might waive their fees as well, which would be to the benefit of the guest.
