IB failure to book.

Twice this week IB was not working as guests tried to book.  One couldnt after two days of trying and the other finally went through after a couple of hours.  Anyone else having the problem?

What kind of settings do you have on your IB ?  Perhaps they did not meet your requirements and needed to provide additional verification ?

I believe those who have gotten thumbs down from other hosts may be prevented from booking using IB (and I suppose you would not want those anyway).
