IP address of Message inbox

Is it possible to see the IP address of a given message in the inbox? (or country/city of origin for that mater)
Apparently Airbnb type of accomodation is banned in my city (a bill pushed by big chain hotels, obviously) and I'm guessing some inspectors may create fake profiles in order to catch infractors online. Fines ranges from $5,000.00 to $50,0000.00!!!

I need to find a way to know in advance if a reservation is genuinely from a guest/tourist, otherwise I'm gonna have to remove my profile from the page 😞
